Terms and Conditions

* WARRANTY :

Every care is taken to ensure that no defective equipment is supplied by our company. All goods sold as new are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and materials for a period of time as specified by the manufacturer. All goods sold as second hand are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and materials for a period of 3 months for labour and parts from the date of delivery. Most goods sold as new are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months for parts and labour from the date of delivery Generally, all goods claimed under this warranty must be returned to the warehouse freight prepaid for inspection. Any parts deemed to be defective will be replaced, however, no claims will be entertained for parts damaged in transport, misused or modified any way without approval. Warranty repairs must be authorised by our office prior to any work being carried out. This company reserves the right to reject a claim for warranty if it is not completely satisfied with the circumstances under which it occurred. Under no circumstances shall Hospitality Warehouse Pty Ltd be liable for loss of profits or damage to other equipment.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY:

* All goods purchased are to be installed and connected by the purchaser. 
* On average please allow 5-7 working days for shipping of products. However, shipping times will vary between suppliers and will depend on availablity of stock.
* Hospitality Warehouse will contact customers directly and advise them of approximate shipping times once orders are placed.
* If customers require "express" delivery please contact us as this can be arranged at additional costs.  
* All oversize items are "Price on Application" (POA). Customers are required to contact Hospitality Warehouse at checkout for a quote. Costs will vary depending on size of the item, location and accessability of delivery.
* Pick up option is available for customers.

 TITLE RETENTION:

Goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of the company as legal and equitable owner until such a time as the applicant shall have paid to the company the agreed price. Following such payment the title of the goods shall be transferred to the applicant provided that payment shall not be deemed to be made until any cheque in payment has been duly honoured.

Prices, sizes, descriptions and images of goods are subject to alteration without notice

ONLINE ORDERS:

Online orders are not confirmed until a representative of Hospitality Warehouse has verbally approved with you that pricing, including delivery and the availability of the items is correct. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that items listed for sale are correct and available prior to ordering.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:

The placement of any order with Hospitality Warehouse implies acceptance of the above conditions of sale.
